This is further to the Company's intimation letter dated August 4, 2022, intimating the Board Meeting. Approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 and Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30,2022.
