This is with the reference to your letter no L/SURV/ONL/PV/KS/2024-2025/2536, dated July 31, 2024, with respect to clarification on price movement in the shares of the company, In this regard we would like to inform you that company has time to time intimated the stock exchange all the events, information etc that have been bearing on the operation/ performance of the company which includes all price sensitive information, etc. as required to be disclosed pursuant to regulations 30 and other regulations of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Further the company has not withheld any material information/event that in our opinion would have been bearing on the price behavior of the company''s Scrip. Therefore, whatever the increase/decrease in price of the company scrip is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.
