KARUR VYSYA BANK LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on March 23, 2015, has allotted 2,65,275 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of the bank under KVBESOS 2011 consequent to the exercise of stock options by them.
