Kaya Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Allotment of ESOP / ESPS

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide a resolution passed on August 14, 2024 has allotted of 28,170 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company under Kaya ESOP 2016- Scheme IV to the eligible grantees, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted thereunder.
