KBS INDIA LIMITED - Preferential Issue

To meet the Long-Term Capital and Working capital requirements, decided to raise funds upto Rs. 2.75Crore on Preferential Basis. (in continuation of previous announcement since the signature on page 3 was not done we are resubmitting the same.)
