KEC INTERNATIONAL LTD. - Board to consider Dividend

KEC International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the following:<br/><br/>1. Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>3. Consolidated and Standalone Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>4. Recommendation of dividend, if any, subject to the approval of the shareholders.<br/><br/>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from April 22, 2014 to May 01, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, Directors/ Officers/ Designated employees shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the abovesaid period.
