In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors in their meeting held today i.e June 21, 2024 subject to the approval of shareholders in their meeting has approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between Kirti Investments Ltd (Transferor Company) and Kedia Constructions Company Ltd (Transferee Company).
