The Trading window' for trading in the securities of the Company, shall remain close from November 21, 2017 to December 13, 2017, (both days inclusive) in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, all insiders (including Directors/their relatives and Designated Employees) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.<BR>
