This is to inform you that pursuant to the Company''s code of Internal Control policies and Procedures for prevention for Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing into Securities of the Company will remain Closed for Designated Persons(and their immediate relatives) from Monday, 1st April, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2024.
