KEI INDUSTRIES LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Strikes /Lockouts / Disturbances

This is with reference to our earlier intimation dated June 19, 2024, wherein we had intimated that the operations of the plants situated at Rakholi and Chinchpada were partially affected due to stoppage of production, in view of strike announced by the labour w.e.f. June 19, 2024. Further, we wish to inform you that the strike has been called off by the labour yesterday afternoon and operations of the Company''s Plants located at Rakholi and Chinchpada has been normalized.
