KEI INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2024. Further, as intimated earlier vide our Letter dated 25th June, 2024, the trading window of the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives has been closed from Monday 01st July, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company i.e., till Wednesday 31st July, 2024 (both days inclusive).
