Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 001076N/N500013) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of the 52nd AGM till the conclusion of 57th AGM of the Company.<BR> <BR> 3.Alteration in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company.
