KENNAMETAL INDIA LTD. - Corporate Action-Board approves Dividend

The Board at its meeting held today considered and declared an Interim Dividend of INR 20/- per equity share of INR 10/- each (200%) for the financial year 2021-22 and fixed the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend as May 25, 2023.
