Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI LODR, read with the SEBI circular dated July 13, 2023 and in accordance with the Company''s Policy on Determination of Materiality for Disclosure of Events or Information, we would like to inform you that Kennametal India Limited (the "Company") has renewed its Royalty Agreement with Kennametal Inc., Ultimate Holding Company of the Company today i.e., February 28, 2024. The Disclosures required in this regard under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR is enclosed to the letter.
