This is to inform you that in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Kennametal India Limited''s ("KIL") Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and aligning with the practices at Kennametal Inc., the Ultimate Holding Company of KIL, the Trading Window of KIL will be closed from March 16, 2024 until completion of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of KIL for the third quarter ending March 31, 2024.
