Kennametal India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have appointed Mr. Thulsidass T V, Company Secretary & Legal Head, as Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, with the above appointment, Mr. K. V. Suresh Reddy ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 13, 2017.
