Kesar Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has granted approval for extension of time to hold the Annual General Meeting of the Company upto March 30, 2015 consequent to its approval, granted earlier, for extension of Financial Year of the Company upto December 31, 2014 i.e. for 18 months period.
