This is to inform that as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading for Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees and their relatives, famed pursuant to the securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 12.5.2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company on 19.5.2017 (both days inclusive) to the Stock Exchanges.
