Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Thursday, 26th November, 2020 pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons (and their Immediate Relatives) till the Wednesday, 2nd December, 2020 (both days inclusive).
