At the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 12th August, 2022, the Board has approved the Change in Designation of Shri. Vineet Suchanti (DIN: 00004031), Whole Time Director to 'Managing Director' w.e.f. 12th August, 2022 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting with the existing terms and conditions of his appointment.
