In continuation of our earlier letter dated December 28, 2022 regarding Closure of Trading Window and in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of the Company and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended), the trading window of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, January 1, 2023 to Thursday, January 26, 2023 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company''s 1st Board Meeting of calendar year 2023.
