Pursuant to regulation 42 of the SEBI(Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) regulations, 2015 this is to inform you that the register of members and share transfer books of the company will remain closed from 20th September, 2024 to 28th September, 2024(both days inclusive) for the purpose of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the company schedule to be held on Saturday September 28th, 2024. We are re-submitting this file since in the previous submission, there occurred a clerical error in the date of AGM while writing body of the submission.
