Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibitions of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022 for all the directors, officers, employees, designated persons and immediate relatives of any of them.
