Pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under the SEBI (Prohibitions of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we wish to inform you that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 for all the directors, officers, employees, designated persons and immediate relatives of any of them.
