Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 , the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 1st February, 2024 approved the appointment of Ms. Meghavi Gonawala as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st February, 2024.
