In terms of the Company''s code of conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Tuesday, 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year ended on 30th September, 2024.
