The Board of Directors of the company, had at its meeting held on September 20, 2017 approved the following:<BR> <BR> 1.Allotment of 21,00,000 Warrants issued on preferential basis; &<BR> 2. Appointed Ms. Jill Gada (Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India bearing Membership No. A52181) as the "Company Secretary & Compliance Officer" of the company w.e.f. 20th September, 2017.
