KILITCH DRUGS (INDIA) LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Kilitch Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 27, 2015, has :<BR><BR>- Approved and consented to the terms of settlement arrived at with Aura Pharmaceuticals Inc. which inter alia spells out for payment of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Lacs only) in full and final settlement and withdrawal and extinguishment of all claims of whatsoever nature (whether made as on date or not) made by Aura against the Company and its directors being the subject matter of the Arbitration in the Arbitration Petition No. 263 of 2012, (the "High Court Proceedings") and the Written Statement to the Counterclaim dated June 19, 2013 (the "Counterclaim").
