Kiran Vyapar Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Updates on Acquisition

With reference to earlier intimations made on 7th March, 2024, 13th November, 2024 and 20th December, 2024 (copies of intimations attached), for acquisition of 100% of the equity shareholding in Peepul Tree Capital Pte. Ltd ("PTCPL") a Private Company incorporated in Singapore and subsequently to make further subscription for a total consideration (i.e. towards acquisition and /or further subscription) not exceeding Rs. 100 crores (Indian Rupees One Hundred Crores), please be informed that the Company has completed a subscription of 11,450,000 Ordinary Shares in Peepul Tree Capital Pte. Ltd ("PTCPL") amounting to US Dollar 1,14,50,000 (equivalent to INR 99,22,57000/-) on 20th January, 2025. Post this subscription, total amount of Investment (towards initial acquisition and further subscription) in Peepul Tree Capital Pte. Ltd ("PTCPL") is INR 99,22,65,460/-
