KIRI INDUSTRIES LTD. - e-voting facility

Kiri Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has engaged e-voting services with Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) and the said facility has been provided to the members whose names appearing in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners as on the cut-off date (the record date i.e. February 13, 2015 to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on the business specified in the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting. The e-voting facility will be available during the following period:<BR><BR>- Commencement of e-voting period : From March 12, 2015 (9.00 a.m.)<BR><BR>- Completion of e-voting : upto March 14, 2015 (6.00 p.m.).
