In terms of the subject referred regulations, we wish to inform you that pursuant to the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 18, 2022, has interalia appointed Mr. Devang Trivedi as a Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with immediate effect.
