Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and clarification given by BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited and as per the company's 'Code of Conduct for internal procedures and conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders', the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons with effect from October 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Ind-AS compliant unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
