Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in connection with declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015, the "Trading Window" in respect of the Companys Securities will remain closed from October 29, 2015 till the 48 hours after the results are made public. During this period any trading or dealing in the securities of the Company is prohibited to all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company.
