Kitex Garments Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2015, to take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the 2nd Quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015 and to consider a proposal for declaration of 1st Interim Dividend for the financial year 2015-16.
