(i) Approved the un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. (Annexure A) (ii) Noted the Limited Review Report of the Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023 issued by the Auditors of the Company pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
