We hereby inform you that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, adopted by the Board, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons with effect from 1st October, 2022 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2022.
