The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for ''Designated Persons'' with effect from 01.07.2022 and shall remain close till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended 30th June, 2022.
