Kkalpana Plastick Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for "Designated Persons" with effect from 01st October, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 02nd Quarter and half year ending on 30th September, 2023.
