Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended and the circular issued by BSE Ltd. vide LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 , the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from July 01, 2024 and shall remain close till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
