KMF BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons in securities of the bank (Insider trading code), the "trading window" for trading in securities of the bank shall remain closed for company employees/directors /promoters and designated persons and connected persons in terms of SEBI (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, from 01st April, 2024 upto 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2024
