Shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from NCT of Delhi to the State of Haryana<BR> <BR> 1. Please refer to our intimation dated 24th January, 2017 on the above subject.<BR> <BR> 2. We hereby now inform that the Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, has sanctioned the Company's application for shifting of Registered Office from the NCT of Delhi to the State of Haryana vide its order dated 24th July, 2017.<BR> <BR> On filing of requisite returns with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana, the shifting of Registered Office would be finally effective. We will inform you the same once it is received by the Company.<BR>
