KOHINOOR FOODS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This to inform you that in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading window" for dealing in the Equity shares shall remain closed from Monday, the 06th November, 2017 to Thursday, the 16th November, 2017 (both days inclusive) in connection with the forthcoming Board meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th November, 2017.
