KOKUYO CAMLIN LTD. - Utilisation of Fund

Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has received Rs. 10323.66 Lacs by way of allotment of equity Shares on Rights basis to the members of the Company. In terms of Clause 43 of the Listing Agreement, the utilization of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 10,323.66 Lacs for the quarter ended September 30, 2014.
