Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on February 03, 2017 has promoted Mr. Gopal Sarda as Group CEO with immediate effect.<BR><BR>Prior to this, Mr. Gopal Sarda was CEO - Mumbai and Group President of the Company.
