Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Sunita Milind Kolte and Mrs. Vandana Naresh Patil has been resigned as Whole Time Directors of the Company with effect from September 21, 2015.<BR><BR>Now, Mrs. Sunita Milind Kolte and Mrs. Vandana Naresh Patil will continue as Non-Executive Director on board of the Company and they will be entitled to receive sitting fees only to attend the Board Meetings.
