Pursuant to regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 and Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill to the said Regulations, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 28 November 2022, has considered and approved the Resignation of Mr. Gopal Laddha as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 28 November 2022;
