Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Regulation 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Bank has formulated a Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (copy enclosed) and a Trading Code of Conduct.
