Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Bonus Allotment Committee of the Bank held on July 10, 2015, the Committee has allotted 912841920 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each, in the ratio 1:1 i.e. one additional share for every one equity share held as on Record Date July 09, 2015.
