Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on January 20, 2015, to consider and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Bank for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3).<BR><BR>Pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and in terms of Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited Employee Share Dealing Code (Code), the Trading Window will be closed from December 30, 2014 till the close of business hours on January 21, 2015, for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
