Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 16, 2016 to July 22, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank to be held on July 22, 2016.
